The Steering Committee welcomes up to 48 specialists from over 20 jurisdictions including private practitioners, investigators, forensic accountants, funders and courts in the area of enforcement of judgements and awards.
Using candid, seminar-style discussions at this annual meeting, the group examines civil and criminal law differences through multi-jurisdictional sharing to identify trends and developments on the most pressing issues of the day.
